Hi,

I just received this brand new iPod Touch (woohoo) for my birthday.  I LOOOOOOOOOOOVE it.

Or almost...

Everything work out just fine BUT, I cannot upload any pictures to my iPod Touch...  I always get error message (-50)

I went on apple.com and foloowed the instructions, BAD THING TO DO!  I then received error message (-1602) The iPod DIED!

I returned it to the store and got another one.

SAME THING!

With my previous experience, I am scared to retore the iPod...

Has anyone experienced this problem?  How did you resolve it??

Thank for your precious help!

This is a new problem so there's not much known to fix it but what i recommend is that you check the source of where itunes is going to grab your photos and make sure your photos aren't in any odd formats that the ipod couldn't recognize

Ever wonder why Mac Geniuses always respond by saying, "I have no knowledge of this problem?"
