Add sound file to use with alarm, etc + other questions

Hi
I dont like the alarm sounds on the Touch. How do you add your own sound file (whether it is a sound file or a song)?

When you back up Touch, where is the back up file created on your computer. What is the default location?

Is File App Pro the best program to use for documents? I want to be able to make documents just like you do in MS Word, but do it on Touch. Right now I am 'making documents' using the 'Notes' program

Can you disable the 'slide to unlock' feature when you turn on Touch?

Ill have some other questions as I think of them.
